Now I might need an attorney! Excuse any typos!
Pictures shows how Miquel tried to stop the drip and the water backed up to the shower.

He sprayed the drain plug!
The company performed a tub and tile repair in my master bathroom back on 04/19/2019. The issue is some of the bottom tiles is starting to come apart from the wall. I called the company 3 times and sent a text message (along with two pictures of my master bathroom tile) to the company to ask for assistance. They have not responded to my calls or text. I am trying to get the company to respond before my warranty on the tile expire.
Product_Or_Service: Tub and Tile Repair
Order_Number: 2718
Repair Requesting for the company to fix my master bathroom tile under the warranty.
In regards to the claim that we have failed to answer the phone or respond to text messages about a problem with tiles coming off, I was completely unaware of any such issues until I received this email. If Mr *** has reached out to us regarding this issue we have not received any such correspondence. I'm not sure what number is being called and texted as we have quite a few different numbers, but I can't find any trace of such calls or texts. The best number to reach us is XXX-XXX-XXXX. And the best email for us is ***@texastubpros.com
In regards to tile coming off of the wall that is typically not something that is warranted. If it's a tile we previously repaired then the warranty covers repairs for 30 days and any other tiles that were not previously repaired by us before the refinishing was completed is not covered at all under our warranty. The reason for this is we can't control what we can't see behind the tiles that are on the wall. And something as simple as a house shifting can cause tiles to crack and or come loose from the Sheetrock. These kinds of things are not something that we have any way of foreseeing or stopping. All of this information about what is warranted and what is not can be found on the back of our work order which is given to each customer. I will attach a copy of the warranty information and care instructions on this email for you to see.
Due to the fact that I am very passionate about my business and my reputation and have been for going on 22 years now, I am still willing to take a look at the job and see if there is something I can do to make my customer happy. If they have something that is within our skill set to repair then I will still repair for them at no charge just to keep them happy.
Most importantly, whether this is covered under warranty or not I truly do apologize that there has been an issue with reaching me or my company. If the number does not work for them in the future for any reason I can be reached by email also which is listed above. The only thing I can think of that would cause a customer to be able to reach me is if for some reason they were inadvertently blocked by me. Please understand that I receive dozens and dozens of spam, computer, and sales calls every single day. I block on average of 20 people per day and have thousands on top of thousands of numbers blocked to help me better tend to the actual customer calls that come in. If for any reason they were accidentally blocked then that is on me and I apologize for it. So if my customer tried to reach out to me again and is unsuccessful please send me an email and I will call you and provide you with a number that you can reach me on.
Thank you
