Texas Tires

We ordered rims from here they failed to tell us we need hub centric rings they ordered them and put them on for free which was great we just recently got another car and put those rims on the new car and noticed a ring was missing. So we go back to Texas tire and see if they can order us one. They said we'll we will look and see if we can I told them y'all got us the last ones a few times and he kept saying let me see what we can do. So a few days go by I call to check on the status and apparently he didn't even order them yet so we go back after a few more days and the owner was there and he said hey I'll take care of it I'll get them here ASAP he took a photo of the rim which let me know they still haven't ordered them! It has been two weeks and I finally decided we have to find another place so we went to discount tire center and not only did they have them on the shelf but they were only 5 bucks! For four! And Texas tire was charging 40.00 dollars that's 400 percent upcharge!!! And now the phone that they use as their main phone says it's no longer working I think they blocked me! I'm in the process of calling the main office and they put me on hold something is super fishy about this company! I was never rude or never bugged them gave them plenty of time to do what they needed

I have had a few problems with Texas Tire of *** with wheels not fitting and leaving me with 3 until they could get the next one in, it was getting late in the evening (5:30) and they did not want to go get my wheel from the Texas Tire of *** so I drove up there to get it and went out of my way to do there job for them. It is now month 3 of my lease with them and I still do not have all 4 of my correct wheels, granted it is the same brand but not the same style. I am paying for a product that I do not fully have. I have texted the manager (David) weekly for the last 2 months to get updates on my last wheel. It is to the point to where David does not reply at all. I have texted him multiple times within the last 2 weeks regarding my wheel with no response back. The store has POOR customer service. There sign says "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" I am no where near satisfied with my service. After calling the finance company multiple times to get my payments stopped they kept telling me I could not freeze payments because I have over 70% of my merchandise, I asked to talk to the manger and finally got my payments stopped for the time being. I will unfreeze my payments when I receive my last wheel. I cannot find a corporate number for Texas Tire or I would've contacted them 3 months ago.
