Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: items buy package on recipe said front 3inch and on back one so look the recipe and ready and items got broken at front break caliper was mess up nobody touch my break only Texas tires nobody look what happens my wheel and my brake I almost die with my grandpa and my girlfriend when we drive to going Tulsa the parts is not put back on properly and all agree that there Regards, [redacted]

The customer was advised that in order to have the items he wanted there would have to cut into the u•uck to make everything fit, we advise all our customers of what the work entails and make sure that they agree before any cutting is

I am rejecting this response because: cutting my truck was not brought to my attention at any timeI actually pointed it out after I saw the work was completed Regardless of what you think your employees do as far as bringing it to the customers attention, they did notDoes not make senseWhy would I allow my $70k truck to be grounded and cut on? I had already done the financing prior to work being done so it was already paid for in advance, that was your policy, I had to sign for all financing agreements up frontAfter I saw that my truck was cut to make the wheels and tires fit it was too lateI even pointed it out that they left all the metal exposed with jagged edges and their response was for me to go buy some touch up paint and cover it up myselfRegardless of it being almost a year I have visited multiple TXTIRE locations to get the tires rotated, including Euless, Burleson and Seminary locations and have pointed it out each time to a manager on duty and they “pass the buck” saying I need to take it up with the owner but I am not provided and contact info

Here at Texas Tires we sell both new and used tires. Our new tires always come with complimentary flat repairs, balance, and rotations. That warranty does not apply to used tires. Our used tires are sold as-is. in our shop we have signs to inform our customers that all sales are final and that there...

is no warranty on used tires. When a customer comes in to our shop looking for used tires we always let them see the tire so that they know what they are buying. The customer’s car had a leveling kit installed which only requires the front of the vehicle to be worked on, the rear of the vehicle was never touched so I cannot answer any questions about any issues that pertain to that.  Sam has spoken to the customer on various occasions and explained this...
