[redacted] We have been fighting with these people over [redacted] poor quality windows & doors for 11 months! Company refuses to fix defects & is [redacted] rude! Even with things in writing they blatantly refuse to repair or replace their inferior products! Refuse to address issues[redacted] All we want is our inferior products repaired or replaced[redacted]
