Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I never brought the motor home in for batteriesThey called me saying two of my four new batteries were bad and since they are all working in series, that I would have to replace all of them againI was upset about coming in three times and the issues not being resolvedI have to take off work and find someone to come with me each time(to retrieve my motor home) Wouldn't you be upset too? I had them mount my TV's and when you turn on the motor home, the TV shake so bad that their is no way you could watch themI was told that their would be a discount because you have to take down the TV's to driveBecause they were not done riteWhat's the point of having TV's if my passenger's can't watch them while drivingThe heater is still not as hot as it should/could be. As much as I was charged for the heater repair, it should be blowing out at the correct tempThey also burned through fifty gallons of gasDiesel gas is not cheapI was not provided a break down on the services of the generatorHow can I confirm they did the servicing on the generator rite and or what they even really did? Now I will have to take my motor home to another repair shop to complete these same items repairsThis is not justI have to pay for the same services/repairs twice.These are big concerns of mineI feel to make this rite, this RV shop needs to prove to me that they did these repairs rite or give me my money back on the items not done riteCause again I will be taking this to another RV shop to fix these same items/repairs
