My husband and I are very loyal fans of the Texas Rangers Baseball club. We purchased single game tickets to two games prior to the COVID-19 pandemic in good faith. The games were cancelled and we have completed the refund request on the Rangers website. Once completed, we never received a response. I called them numerous times and was told this would be processed. It has been over six weeks and we still have not received anything from this franchise. No response, acknowledgement, nothing. I am at a loss as to the integrity of this organization. I understand this amount of money may seem small to them, but to us, we set aside funds to attend these games. It is a huge event in our lives and their lack of response is extremely frustrating to same the least. I apparently need assistance to get their attention to refund us our money for these games. Please help.

I purchased tickets to see the Rangers v Yankees on 4/14 and with Covid-19 & shelter in place orders until 5/20 for Dallas county. That game is essentially canceled. I have contacted the Rangers twice about a refund and have not got no straight answer. As of today, I was told they may refund the tickets they may not. That they might give a credit for a game for next season.
I didn't use a credit to buy my ticket and I bought the ticket for a specific date due to my availability. They are withholding refunds and this is not right.
This is *** with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club. Thanks for taking the time to talk with me on Tuesday. After talking with you that day, *** at approximately 4:00 PM; I explained the policy that Major League Baseball was in control of refunds and apologized. That same day, MLB released a statement saying that teams could start the refund process beginning that day.
In closing, I invited *** to contact me once the season starts for complimentary tickets to a game.
Sincerely
Went to Paul McCartney concert on June 14 at Globe Life Park, we paid $50.50 ($45 plus 5.50 internet and handling fee) for parking in Lot B. When we arrived the lot was chained off. We were told the lot was full and to keep moving. But we showed them our printed tickets and they said sorry, full. We drove around for another 40 mins and parked far away. Needless to say we missed about 45 mins of the concert. I have called the stadium 6 times now, I have left several messages. I have been told by a couple of people that they have gotten several calls. I said fine, I want a refund for my parking pass. I have been told that right now there are no plans to do refunds or anything. I have left messages with several folks and no one will return my call. There was a sign outside Lot B that said $20. Someone on one of my calls said that didn't apply to the concert just ball games. All I know is lot was full, I paid and didn't get a space and they are not giving me a refund. My parking ticket order number is: ***. I don't know why they won't return calls and why no one is willing to give a refund.
How are you, I’m *** with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, I spoke with ***, and she has already received her refund check, and I also invited her to come out to see a Ranger game.If you need anything else from me please let me know. Thank you

I paid $45 for a parking pass at a specific lot, in advance, online for a special event at Globe Life Stadium, which is run by the Texas Rangers Ball Club. Upon arrival, the lot was full and we were redirected twice to other lots which were a considerable further distance to the stadium, causing is to miss the beginning of the show. In addition, the parking lots had a sign posted stating a price of $20 - I paid $45. I called and spoke with a parking lot sales attendant who said they could offer me discount Texas Ranger games tickets. I let her m know that this is unacceptable, since I have no interest in attending a baseball game. I suggested he could at least make up the difference and refund me the discrepancy amount for what I paid online compared to the sign price at the parking lot. He said they have a no refund policy, which in this case is absurd, since they obviously overbooked their parking spaces.
We are in receipt of your letter dated June 1 8, 2019 concerning a customer complaint submitted on June 17, 2019. I contacted Mr. *** on July l, 2019 and apologized for the inconvenience and advised him that we would issue a $25.00 refund check for the disputed amount. I also offered him tickets to an upcoming game if he was interested. Mr. Garland thanked us for getting back to him and for the offer. Please let us know if we can answer any further questions.
Sincerely,
*** A VP - Customer Relations
