Texas Premium Roofing

Derrick from Texas Premium Roofing stopped by and said he would replace my roof that had been damaged in a hailstorm. He gave me an estimate of $13,000. Derrick said he needs 50% advance payment to pay for raw material and for other roofing materials. He asked me to write two checks for $3,750, since Chase wouldn't deposit anything more than 3.5K at a time. He said he would replace the roof on Monday (10/21/2019). It's been four months since. He has not responded to my phone calls or SMS messages.
