Regarding Revdex.com complaint [redacted] Texas Precision Tactical takes this complaint very seriously and is willing to help reach a resolution.In the matter related to this complaint, Texas Precision Tactical has had an out of stock issue with both the 1:twist barrel and the octagonal 12" keymod handguardSince the products we offer are obtained by us from third party vendors, it is sometimes possible for us to be out of stock on some itemsSometimes these items simply cannot be acquired by us any longer as wellSince we are at the mercy of our vendors, it is difficult to know how long an item will be out of stock.In an effort to resolve this complaint in a fair manner, Texas Precision Tactical is willing to give the customer a FULL refund if the item is returned to us in unused conditionWe will send the customer a return shipping label and upon receipt by us of the unused item, we will refund the customer the purchase price IN FULL.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Texas Precision Tactical
