Texas Little Cuties

HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!
We wanted to rescue another dog (we have 2 rescues) and this was my first time attempting to work with Texas Little Cuties. The representative from Texas Little Cuties (I'll leave her name out to ensure this review gets posted) was hands down the rudest person I have ever spoken with in my life. I've rescued several times before- all excellent experiences, but not the case here. She said she could meet me today with a dog I was interested in rescuing. Prior to meeting I just had one question about any anxiety behaviors seen in the dog. Her immediate response was "I don't have to answer any of your questions- I already did in an email". (I NEVER got an email from her with any info about anxiety.) She then proceeded to tell me "I don't need you wasting my time". No joke!!! Seriously she said all this!!!!! ð??³. I'm entitled to a reply at this point and I did raise my voice stating "I'm actually trying to NOT waste your time by asking this question before you meet up with me". SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Y'all, never in all my days have I experienced something like this. The sad part is, it's the animals who suffer because she is a nightmare. See pic showing my text response back to her...she never replied back. I truly feel this woman should not be in this line of work and should probably seek professional help. It was really bad.
