Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The point here is not what Richard did or did not do, what he was fired for or what he in your (the owners) eyes failed to do The bigger point (if your read the original complaint) which is totally being missed is very simple.I called Texas Home Exteriors on three (3) separate occasions I have all the dates logged into my phone12/17/2016, 1/7/and finally 2/7/ I spoke to the receptionist believe her name is Mellissa all three times? Owners should lead by example If I have to call to speak to an owner times and finally state I will have to get legal involved for him to call me back...well in my opinion, the problem is not Richard *** but it goes much higher than that. What ever the policy is between Texas Home Exteriors and vendors/manufacturers the customer should never ever be burdened Thank you
Regards,
Texted Homeowner this morning (2/10/2017) and told her that we were short staffed and Troy will be calling her next week to get this resolved. She said that was not good enough... We still will get this resolved however we are only so human.
Respond to #1When Richard [redacted] came to...
visit with any homeowner he is instructed to give the manufactures window and siding literature that has all of this information in our welcome pack. If he has not, this is yet another reason that he is not with us anymore. Respond to #2The window and siding invoice is your proposal that you signed with Texas Home Exteriors. We can not render a separate invoice becuase we are not the manufacture. Please note that the manufactures and not requiring homeowners to register their product anymore. Please see screenshot. Respond to #3Richard [redacted] is no longer with Texas Home Exteriors and has caused many issues. The 3 months that you keep talking about has no bearing here because we had NO Idea of the situation.. The homeowner must have had contact with Richard [redacted] and not Texas Home Exteriors itself. Please see link below...https://texashomeexteriors.com/richard-[redacted]/Every company in Houston and the USA are not responsible for the manufactures. However, Texas Home Exteriors did contact the manufacturer NT even before this Revdex.com complaint took place...please see attachement. We should get credit for that and not criticism.
