My experience with this company specifically with this store was nothing short of miserable. I worked with the sales representative multiple times to order living room furniture.
I paid cash for the living room furniture and was given a estimate on a delivery date. Unfortunately with all the restrictions on travel and Covid-19 which played a factor in getting the furniture on time, the date was pushed back.
This turned into multiple times the furniture was promised and not delivered. I requested my money back and was told that I signed a paper saying I was not going to be able to receive my payment back but store credit.
I told them I’d rather pay a fee to forget about their furniture and there lack of customer service. Again was told nothing can be done except store credit.
I am making this complaint today because yet again I was told the furniture would be delivered today and again there is no delivery time set up. And the text I received from the sales team was disrespectful. In the text they said they would call me when the couch was in and not to get angry again with a thumbs up.
I hope that in the future they have training for there staff on not making any promises of delivery times and work with unsatisfied customers.
I am looking forward to the delivery of my furniture (whenever that maybe) to see how there delivery staff operates.
I purchased to Queen Mattress sets on December 10, 2017. I began having issues with both mattresses, both had begun to sink in the middle and you began to feel the springs. I contact ***, not sure on his last name. I had verbal contact, text contact and I was first told sure we can replace them. I paid the $35 fee for them to come out to my residence to check the mattresses out. On January 11, 2020, they were to show up between 10 or 11. They never showed up. I called Texas Fine Furniture to spoke to a young lady and she said "Oh, I was advised by my *** that those mattresses had no warranty". I told her nowhere on my receipt does it say that the mattresses have no warranty. I explained to the young lady that there were also no says advertised where the mattress was located that they didn't have any warranty. She didn't know what to say. I explained to her that I need to speak to her ***. ***, the *** called me back late. He told me the same. He said that if the mattress had a warranty, they put it on the receipt. I was really upset, angry. I explained to him I was never told that the mattress had no warranty and that if I had been told that the mattresses had no warranty, I would never had purchased them. Not only that the salesperson, ***, who by the way is no longer employed there, never mentioned that the mattresses had no warranty. *** the *** kept trying to throw it off onto the ex-employee, that they can't help that this employee never told me about the mattresses having no warranty. I then told him that isn't the point, there was no sign, banner or disclaimer posted, hanging around the mattresses. He tried to say he was going to contact his distributor to see what he could do for me. *** the *** has given me the run around since 1-11-2020. I have made various contacts but have not had any response. This is not good customer service. I feel ripped off. I would never have purchased these mattresses if I was advised verbally or visually with a notice/disclaimer.
