I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Although the company states I did not have the UPC code or the tag, it does not appear either of these were on the binder (at no fault of the customer) I did send pictures to the company when they requested them I was never told this was not acceptable I am glad they finally responded as any other form of communication I attempted was left unanswered The Revdex.com did in fact help resolve this case I am glad they prompted the company to communicate with me Thank you again.
