To whom it may concern,       I am writing in response to Mr. [redacted] claim concerning damage to his vehicle. I was the service advisor at Team   Ford on the date Mr. [redacted] truck was brought in for repairs. He informed me of 4 different issues that...

the vehicle  was being brought in for. This was on 5/13/2016. Mr. [redacted] first compliant was that the vehicle wobbled side to  side at highway speeds after a 3" lift was removed by Texas Custom Outfitters. My suspension specialist test drove  the truck multiple times and was unable to verify the complaint. The suspension was inspected and no issues were  found with the vehicles suspension. His next complaint was concerning an exhaust heat shield that was damaged on  the drivers side under the vehicle. We verified that concern and corrected the problem by making a simple  adjustment to the heat shield. The o2 sensor was not damaged.  The technician did find a slight kink in a fuel hose  during inspections that was easily replaced. Concerning the fuel filler neck complaint, the technician inspected the  fuel filter inlet hose and found it to be in proper working order. No work was necessary or performed. The customer   also complained about the trucks driveshaft being damaged in which no damage was found upon inspection. After  the repairs were completed, the repairs were gone over with the customer and he seemed understanding and  satisfied. In my opinion, Texas Custom Outfitters did a satisfactory job.
