To whom it may concern, We did not sell this copier to this customer, he bought it from somewhere elseAnd it was a used, discontinued copier when we offered to service itI don't know if he new that upon his purchase dateFurthermore, we have been servicing and providing supplies as promised over the yearsSecondly, over six months ago on a service call, our service manager informed the customer the age and issue of parts availability of this copier is becoming a concernDuring that time, myself and John have been trying to reach out to Jeff about an upgrade and to help prevent any emergenciesNo responses or return calls for an apptThe copier finally breaks down for the document feederPart is not available since it is so oldJohn offered a loaner on a copier that he could buy, no responseI don't see how TCO looks bad here since the customer had been warned and decided to not take action to prevent an emergencyWe'll be glad to cancel the contract of course since it would have been done anyway since parts are so scarce.Sincerely, [redacted] President

servicing and providing supplies as promised over the years. Secondly, over six months ago on a service call, our service manager informed the customer the age and issue of parts availability of this copier is becoming a concern. During that time, myself and John have been trying to reach out to Jeff about an upgrade and to help prevent any emergencies. No responses or return calls for an appt. The copier finally breaks down for the document feeder. Part is not available since it is so old. John offered a loaner on a copier that he could buy, no response. I don't see how TCO looks bad here since the customer had been warned and decided to not take action to prevent an emergency. We'll be glad to cancel the contract of course since it would have been done anyway since parts are so scarce.Sincerely,
