First and last name, last four digits of credit card, type of credit card, date of purchase, name of sales person, documentation of contact with Central Coast Lavender and method of contact More importantly we would like to reach out to this customer and would like to have their name phone number and email address so that we can properly move forward. With all of our festival venues, we use the square system for all credit card transactionsOnce the customer purchases the item they are required to look at the purchase receipt and the amount of the receipt and they are required to sign it and give their phone number or email to have their copy of the receipt sent to themOnce I have the last four digits of the credit card used I can search the square dashboard for the exact transaction and refund said amount Again thank you very much for reaching out, we do apologize that it took using our valuable Revdex.com in order to make this happen and know that we will take prompt action to resolve this matter.
