I have used many contractors over the last ten years. I have never met anyone like Isaac at GI Construction. At first I thought he was too good to be true. Within a short time I realized he was the real deal. Communication is unmatched, he is on top of everything, on time, gives intelligent recommendations, does what he promises, when he promises. I am planning new projects just because I have found someone I can trust. One of my biggest stresses with other contractors has been unreliability, unexpected bills, not respecting my property, etc.. After the first week I knew it wasn't going to be that way with Isaac and his team. All projects have setbacks. How a contractor handles these situations is a measure of the character of the company.
