Our pump went out and I tried to find a service company to restore water to the house. I left messages with three other companies and never received a return call. Texan Water answered my call on the first attempt and had a service truck at the house the next day. Texan Water replaced my well pump last year and I couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism, timeliness and work ethic. Brice recommended that my 30 year old PVC and wiring be replaced at the time of the service and I never felt pressured to commit to the extra expense. They explained everything in detail and I made the right decision to replace all of the well components at the time the well pump was replaced.
Just last week I noticed a leak at the PVC outlet fitting at the pipe that leaves the well and turns down into to the ground. I called Texan Water and they came right out and fixed it for me.
This is one of the great small businesses in our area and I highly recommend you give them your business.
