These guys did a great job helping us sell our car. They were fair and professional. The entire process was easier than I thought.
On sat February 3rd I test drove a 02 Chrysler Sebring from Right Price Auto Sales, when I returned they said there were 2 other ladies from Pocatello there to it if we were not going to. We decided to go ahead and purchase it. They let us sign all the papers that day and take it home. I was to return with the check the first of the week as they had a door handle on order to repair the driver side handle. On Monday the first handle arrived not correct they reordered. I took the check on Tuesday Feb 6th. On Thurs the handle was put on not a matching color they said they could not get one, but there was also no dome light and the mechanic who put the handle on said he didn’t know anything about them and couldn’t help. On Friday night left our home and in less than a mile lost all interior dash lights and had to quickly pull over. We parked it until Monday. On Monday Feb 12 while driving to Idaho Falls the car over heated and had to be towed back to Right Price Auto Sales. Tues Feb 13 when I called Arron the manager he said the mechanic had looked at it may be a blown head gasket and their mechanic was busy he didn’t have a time frame of when it could be repaired and it would be up to us to pay for it. They could give us a deal, their cost but we would be paying for it. I understand this is an older inexpensive used car and things can go wrong down the road as it is driven but I have had this vehicle 10 days! Any honest and reputable business would correct this, as it is fairly likely that they already knew all these things were wrong with the car or that very soon would be and chose not to disclose them. The Revdex.com suggested this course of action as they have received other similar complaints against this dealership.
AGAIN WE DID EVERYTHING WE COULD TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THE CUSTOMER DROVE THE CAR AFTER AN OVERHEATING ISSUE FOR OVER 40 MILES INSTEAD OF PULLING OVER AND CALLING US OR A TOW TRUCK. SHE CHOOSE TO DRIVE ON AN OVERHEATED ENGINE AND BLEW THE MOTOR UP. THE VEHICLE RAN FINE FORE OVER A WEEK BEFORE HAVING THIS ISSUE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE FIX.
