I ordered a free trial of TESTO and was charged 4.95 for shipping. I was never sent a confirmation email for my trial with details that $96.74 would be charged to my card on day 15. ALSO, I was sent a product that I did not order called Muscle2 & was charged 5.98 for shipping on that. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund & they offered me 35% of the $96.74 back! After MANY "no, I want a full refund" 's...they offered 50% back. When I told them I was contacting the Revdex.com, they offered 65% off my next purchase!!!
Seriously? After 45 MINUTES on the phone, they agreed to a 100% refund on the $96.74 and $5.98 shipping on the product I DID NOT ORDER.
What a scam!
If I could, I would leave "0" stars for the mental anguish I went through.
Pretty solid. It's not necessarily the best product out there, but it's definitely helping me feel more like a man. My wife can attest to that. I'll be continuing to order it.
I tried Testosterall out and was skeptical at first. 2 months later I'm already feeling a little more energy at the gym and my wife has noticed my sex drive has increased somewhat. I'm still hesitant on using this for the long term, so I'll give it another month or so.
This stuff doesn't work! The automatic shipment, was never stated. When I call them to return the product, they said they could only accept the last shipment, at somewhere around a 55% restocking fee. I hate these a$$holes, for deceiving customers.
Less than 1 star if possible. This product, Testosterall, is totally a scam. After 1 month there are no obvious positive results toward helping testosterone levels and help with libido. I also purchased this as a one time trial offer. What they don't tell you is that you are automatically on an auto ship and will be charged $89.95 every month. Found this out on my bank account. So do not trust these people at all. Just like others who have commented, I did not sign up for an auto ship and no where did I see this mentioned in the verbiage.
"Free" trial offer isn't free at all. Product promises male enhancements and does not deliver. Fine print creates an automatic billing. Scam
I ordered two of their products as part of a "free" trial offer for male enhancement products promising a cure for ED. Product does not work and their fine print creates an automatic billing of about $90/month if the unused product is not returned within 10 days. Visiting their website created a series of automatic attempts to download an outdated Flash player and other unwanted software that appears to be malware to collect personal information off my computer. I stopped that before it could complete and deleted the partially installed malware before it could do any damage. I called the number on their website and was given a hard time by the call center person. I demanded they cancel my account but she told me she can't do anything until I return the product unless I wanted to be charged an additional $40 for the remaining product. I am contacting my bank to make sure they do not charge me any additional amounts and will return the unused product ASAP. I feel I have been scammed and this business is not following good business procedures and in fact is probably doing illegal activities that hurt the consumer. They deserve to be put on notice and run out of business.
Stop scamming consumers and lying about their product's effectiveness, refund all money to all victims of their predatory practices.
We are very sorry to hear of this negative experience. In an attempt to better understand what happened, we reviewed our records and contacted the customer directly. This is what we found out:
The customer paid for S&H for the trial product. The customer tried the product for a couple days and unfortunately it wasn't found to be effective yet. The customer called customer support who cancelled his order, and the customer was not ever charged for the product. After speaking directly with the customer, he confirmed that he hadn't been charged for the product (he was only charged $13.64 for S&H on two bottles), but he shared that the agent who was supposed to help him had a bad attitude and wasn't very helpful.
We strive to provide exceptional service to each of our customers, however we failed to do that in this case. We have taken the necessary steps to handle this matter with all agents involved internally. Furthermore, we have refunded the full Shipping & Handling charge incurred by the customer for trying our product. All told, the customer was charged $13.64 (S&H for two bottles) and we have refunded that $13.64. We appreciate that the customer attempted to try our product and wish he had had a better experience.
Product may be fine, but I purchased two products trial, paying shipping only. Fine, let's try it. Two weeks later, a charge for $89.95 hits my bank. I called them and they said I signed up for this. I did not. I clearly read everything and printed it out. They gave me a $40 refund just to keep me happy, but what I bought said nothing about paying later or being on autoship. I do not do business with companies that mislead.
This merchant offered me a deal over the phone the first time around when I order the trial version for only $4.95 they never told me that I had to pay $89 something dollars for the remainder of the product. Anyways the deal that they offered me was for both the Testorall and the Alpha Boost for under $48 that's it. THe rep also told me that I had only 7 days to call in and to take advantage of it. BUt by the time I did(called after the 7 days) they said they never offered me a deal like that. They have that call recorded and the call alone will prove that they never told me I had to pay the $89. WHen they told me that I was never offered that deal I emailed their customer service department multiple times, asking them to listen to the call but they didn't even do it they just kept denying it.
When they first charge my *** debit card the unauthorized charge I disputed it, but they told *** some thing they didn't tell me to get the charge put back on my card. The charge I believe was put back on my card on 08/27/18. *** claims because they have my phone number and email address they it is a legit charge, they are so dumb founded, I told them I had business with them but I did not authorized the $89 and that call that they have recorded will prove that(side note:I will try to find it as I do record my calls as well).
Product_Or_Service: Testoralll & Alpha Boost

Billing Adjustment I want my money back all of it, because they offered me a deal for both products under $48 over the phone and again they never told me I had to pay the $89 and some change for the remainder of the product as plus I wouldn't agree to it anyways as they offered me a deal over the phone, so I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALL OF IT.
We are very sorry to hear about this bad experience. As a first step, we have refunded every single dollar that you have been charged - $99.83 in total.
We also initiated an internal review of the calls you had with our customer service team. We have determined that our agent did in fact fail to update your account to reflect the reduced price - $48 instead of $89. Because of this, your card was charged the full $89 instead of the reduced priced agreed to. Not only did we make that mistake, but during your further calls, you case should have been expedited to Customer Success so that we could have reviewed the calls you already had, and rectified the situation in a more timely manner. We have taken the necessary steps to handle this matter with all agents involved internally.
Again, we are sorry that you had such a bad experience and I would like to again apologize for the mistakes our agents made on behalf of the company.
The business had contacted me with a resolution that is acceptable and that I am happy with.Business asked me to have the complaint removed if possible?
