ADVERTISEMENT
COMPANY HAD MISLEADING ADVERTISING. INDICATED THERE WAS A FREE ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION.
ORDERED THE TESTO AND ENCHANCEMENT ON JAN 19 2018 AS IT WAS ADVERTISED TO BE 1 MONTH SUPPLY FREE BUT HAD TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING. RECEIVED THE ORDER AROUND JAN 24 2018. THERE WAS NO MENTION OR WRITING VISIBLE TO INDICATE THIS WAS A 14 DAY TRIAL PERIOD AND THIS COULD BE CANCELLED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OR I WOULD BE BILLED FOR A FULL MONTHS SUPPLY. THE ADVERTISEMENT LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND WANTED TO CONTINUE WITH THE PRODUCT I COULD REORDER AT THAT TIME.
I NOTICED MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED $89.09 AND $88.10 ON FEB 8 2018. I THEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE WITH A REP AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT I WAS BEING BILLED FOR 30 DAY SUPPLY THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS BEING FREE. SHE STATED THIS WAS A 14 DAY TRIAL AND THAT THIS STATEMENT WAS LISTED ON LINE. WHEN I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT I THOROUGHLY READ THEIR ADVERTISEMENT BUT DID NOT SEE ANYTHING STATING THIS WAS A 14 DAY TRIAL AND I WOULD BE BILLED IF I DID NOT CALL AND CANCEL WITHIN THOSE 14 DAYS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT THE REP SAID IT WAS PAST THE 14 DAYS AND NO REFUND COULD BE ISSUED. I TOLD HER TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND NOT TO BILL MY CARD ANYMORE. SHE THEN SAID IF I WAS TO KEEP THE SUBSCRIPTION SHE COULD GIVE ME 60% OFF FOR FUTURE ORDERS. I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE DECEIVING. SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION BUT THERE WOULD BE A CANCELLATION FEE OF $4.95 AND SHE NEEDED THE 3 DIGIT SECURITY NUMBER FROM THE BACK OF MY CARD. I REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HER AND SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD SEE IF THE FEE COULD BE WAIVED. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS AND THEN SAID THE FEE COULD BE WAIVED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I WOULD RETURN WHAT I HAD NOT USED BUT I WAS STILL DENIED. SHE CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER (XXXXXXX).
I WOULD LIKE TO GET A FULL REFUND BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS MISLEAD.
The customer in question has been fully refunded. We apologize that the customer misunderstood the terms and conditions as set forth on the offer page. In good faith we have refunded the customer.

This company charged my card twice without my authorization and will not refund my money. When I contacted customer service the person hung up on me.
I have 2 preauthorized charges on my account. One is for TURSTCI*G NUTRA for $89.09 on 1/27/18. The second is for 800-361-6043ACCULACREM for $88.10. They are apparently the same company I'm assuming a different product. When I called the customer service department on 1/28 at 9:00am. The first customer service lady cancels the order but would not refund my money and would not let me speak to a supervisor. When I call back the second customer service rep hung up on me after I told him that my card had been charges and I needed to speak to someone about refunding my money.
I want my money back that they have taken off my card. How ever at this time I have canceled that card and will need to receive the refund another way.
