Mike T was hired by myself to work on my home in which I obtained a 203k loan for. Mid way things changed with him. Then once work was completed and I still had issues with his work he stop responding to me. My roof is leaking in my 3 story home, that is now growing mold. Molding for the floors he put down, half the rooms has no trimming. 2rooms that was rehabbed by Mr Testa has no working electricity in them. Electric outlets without covers. Living room ceiling wasn’t sanded nor primed. All my windows in my home are primed so we can’t see out of them. Last week my home was raining in the inside from four of the six bedrooms in my home. It even now runs in my dining room and kitchen.
