On Wednesday Dec.13th, I sent 6 boxes of brand new, mint condition One touch Ultra Blue 50 Test Strips to Test Strips and More for the second time because I felt that they were trustworthy at this point. I was VERY mistaken!! After texting back and forth with them, and asking them if they did any price matches, I was advised that nowhere on their site says that they price matched. So, I said fine, I will know better next time. Thinking to myself that there would not be a next time. So, after longer than usual (about 2 weeks), I receive another prepaid box with a check in it, and an explanation of why I was only paid a minimal amount for each box. This was SO wrong because they should have contacted me if there was a drastic reduction in prices to ask me if I still wanted to use them or not. I would NOT have used them! They need to pay me the rest of my money for the test strips I sent. There is an $8.00 per box shortage that is owed to me for 6 boxes. I have all the text messages if you need them.

1) *** has used our services three times.
We issued payments of $72, $60 and $331 on these occasions.

2) *** signed Terms & Conditions on our website and she filled out our 'in-box' forms which display the Terms & Conditions.

3) *** is displeased with the most recent transaction in December 2017. She states she sent us "Mint" Boxes, of which we graded them only as "Good". We have screenshots of the dented damage.

4) Our national buyers dropped their prices so we paid *** 'good' prices based on our current website prices.

5) In an Email Chain dated December 13, *** asked if we price match. We do not price match. *** said she had ALREADY sent out her test strips to us 'assuming’ that we price matched.
It was ***'s responsibility to read our Terms & Conditions prior to sending in her test strips.
In response to our telling her we do not price match, *** said "Ok, thanks. Next Time, I will know", on Wed Dec, 13, at 10:07.
We do not price match because several competitors promote inflated, unrealistic prices.

6) *** also said "I rushed to send them back to you guys, then saw the other ads" Wed, Dec 13, 2017 at 10:12 am. *** included screenshots of competitors ads.

7) *** stated in her complaint that, "after longer than usual (about 2 weeks), [she] received another prepaid box with a check in it, and an explanation of why I was only paid a minimum amount for each box."
This is incorrect. It took six days, which included a weekend period.
Attached is United States Postal Service tracking showing that she received delivery on Thursday December at 5:03 pm. The label was initially created and mailed on December 15 at 5:00pm.

We offer PayPal and Bluebird for clients requesting quick pay. *** requested a check which is dependent upon the USPS as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

8) *** stated that "This is SO wrong because they should have contacted me if there was a drastic reduction in prices and ask me if I still wanted to use them or not."
The Terms & Conditions state that *** "understands that the terms and conditions may change at any time and she will not be notified of these changes. [She] understands that it is [her] responsibility to read through the terms and conditions... everytime [she] sells her diabetic supplies".
Our website states that "use of website signifies acceptance of Terms and Conditions" in several places. The Terms state that "by shipping your supplies to us, you signify your agreement with these terms and conditions".
The Terms & Conditions state that *** "understands that TestStripsAndMore.com has not made any representation that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to fair market value".

9) *** stated that "there was an $8 per box shortage that is owed to [her] for 6 boxes, I have all the text messages if you need them."
Yes, let us see your email chain and compare it with ours.

We have enjoyed working with *** and would continue to do so, we just ask *** to become more familiar with our Terms & Conditions and be mindful of industry price changes.

We have one premium brand that had a payout of $65 that is now worthless. Most of our national buyers will not buy it, and one will buy it under certain conditions. We have another premium brand that lost value and has now regained some of that value. Our industry is dependent upon many factors and we encourage clients to be flexible in understanding product value.

I am rejecting this response because:the boxes that I sent were in MINT condition. They are lying and are not to be trusted. I will never use this company again, and will advise everyone I know not to trust them. It has not been resolved.
