Review: website "Kickstarter" I backed the following project:

As you can see, the project ended 23 August 2013 (just shy of a year ago).

I pledged for the $21item that was supposed to be delivered by November 2013. To this date, nothing has been received and the project maker refuses to send the items. He scammed over$42,000 from 1,058 people.

I also believe the maker never declared this money on his taxes (federal or CA).

He has ripped off so many honest, hardworking people.

Please look into this scam artist.Desired Settlement: Either send me the item or return my money!

Review: This company is a scam by promising this great keyonpod product that is available for order on the website. I ordered one (1) keyonpod two months ago and I have yet to see my product delivered. I contacted the customer support division to inquire about my order and all I received was a generic e-mail stating that the product is in delayed production due to prototype issues. If this product is still under R & D then they should not sell or charge customers for a product that has not been produced or perfected. I've ask for a refund multiple times and now the company or customer support division is not responding back. This is a big scam and I am certain I am not the only victim here.Desired Settlement: Refund and shut down the business, project, and website.
