I traded a notebook for a laptop at Tesseract, downtown Victoria, and I have had very unsatisfactory customer service with them ever since They sold me a laptop with a dead,unchargeable battery, then told me that they do no guarantee batteries, and will never exchange it for a new one, but I was not told this upon purchase, so the one employee there did offer to order me a new battery free replacement, but it was the wrong size, so was going to order the correct oneNext time I went there, to pick up the correct battery, I was told by one of the owners that they never replace a battery for free, but he looked me up on his store computer, and found the history of my purchase and the terms, and said yes, I was supposed to get a free battery, and he doesn't agree with this, so he said to me, I will order this new battery and then I never want to see you again! I offered to pay half, and he said that was fine, but he still didn't want to see me again
