It is with my deepest empathy and sorrow that Mrs*** has had issues with her daughter's Volvo after the windshield installation at our Durango store on July 28, 2016. After a full review of our inspection reports and documents (attached), our installer did not note the
missing corner clips as noted by *** *** ***. We have not found these items in our shop, so we are happy to take full responsibility for these missing clips.Per the request, we are happy to reimburse Mrs*** the total windshield purchase price of $331.81. We strive at Durango Glass to build enduring relationships and to go the extra mile for our customers as we have for the last years. I am sorry this has not been the experience for Mrs***.Upon further research on this vehicle, we would recommend Mrs*** to evaluate the sunroof & sunroof drains on this vehicle as it appears many owners of Volvos have experienced similar problems with water entering the interior due to an issue with the sunroof. There appears to be a class action lawsuit around this issue that creates similar problems to the ones Mrs*** mentioned in her complaint (see attached documents)
