Terry's Pumpin and Potties

We had them out to pump our septic this last Friday (Feb 7, 2020). The fellow showed up with an almost completely full tank. He disclosed to me that "he didn't want to take the time to run into town and dump the truck and then have to make another trip out to Spring Creek". We have an asphalt driveway, and it was wet outside. The tech proceeded to back in, pumped a little, then had to pull out and burp the truck to make room for the rest of our tank. The driveway was fine his 1st and 2nd trip in and out, but caved the 3rd and 4th trip up and down. His truck was so full(weighing in about 55,000lbs) his truck sank in and shredded about 20ft of our driveway, it also cracked the concrete in front of the garage. We called the owner, Joe, and he said that we are responsible and that his driver was not at fault. We have the entire thing on video surveillance. He didn't offer to help us out at all. We had to file an insurance claim through his general liability insurance.
