we are currently assisting to seek resolution for the customer. Per our history with this product line, this appears to be an isolated issue to this particular piece of equipment. Unfortunately, it was impossible for us to forecast the continual issues that arose for this customer with this machine over the course of his ownership.  We are working diligently to resolve the matter with the involvement of the manufacturer.
