Hi, They do business on the web site [redacted] It seems to me they are running a "bait and switch" operationI was sent information that included their "buy price" formulaValue - 10% - cost of repairsWhen they made the offer it was not even close to thatThe offer was made without a site visit or any repair cost listedJust a flat priceWhen I called them on it, the person I dealt with sent a very demeaning email, pointing out my financial situationHe also stated he was unaware of any formula, even though it was sent to me in email! I felt it was a 'we got you over the barrel' type responseI would urge others to tread carefully
