We ordered an outdoor Kitchen from Family Leisure and we paid cash We were told 2-weeks so we called to get an ETA after weeks we were told it's not in yet Ok so we called after weeks again told that the Kitchen was not in yet Called again at weeks was told that someone dropped the ball that the grill wasn't ordered Problems: we were lied to for weeks while Family Leisure held our money, I'm wondering what they were doing when they told us they were checking the warehouse to see if the grill was in After we figured out the problem we were told someone would call us back that never happen we did all of the calling I spoke with one of the Managers Tom R***, I was rushed off the phone and it didn't seem to matter that they had lied to us and was losing our business No one tried to make this right The Management team started placing blame on the company where they order the outdoor kitchens This was totally on Family Leisure one lie after another I would never do business with this company again I would suggest reading Yelp there are lots of issues like the one we experienced

Ok so we called after 4 weeks again told that the Kitchen was not in yet. Called again at 6 weeks was told that someone dropped the ball that the grill wasn't ordered. Problems: 1. we were lied to for 6 weeks while Family Leisure held our money, I'm wondering what they were doing when they told us they were checking the warehouse to see if the grill was in. 2. After we figured out the problem we were told someone would call us back that never happen we did all of the calling. 3.
