The worst place for anyone who has mental health issues or any kind of health issues to be involved with. The "Providers" as they call the psychologists are never the same the patient visits multiple doctors never getting the same treatment. The staff also likes to play mind games with the patients and has the same treatment for everyone...They just drug patients and use the threat technique of hospitalization to scare clients and have hurt more than have helped.. I along with others have witnessed drug deals inside the clinic on Broadway, one normal patient was openly selling meth and weed inside the clinic in front of the staff and the security. Until I spoke up the staff and patients looked as though it was a normal Thing. The Broadway clinic is a recovery clinic but has drug dealers inside and out front smoking pot and cigarettes on the property. Along with the poor staff and mistreatment of clients the appointments are never prompt or on time. The Clinic has lost more jobs for me that helped me acquire a job. Along with the whole clinic the doctors including "Shuntelle Hawk" should be investigated and re staffed. Truly the worst

Terros was offering healthcare services to people with no insurance. I attended Terros healthcare center for pcp servies, since I had no insurance, I paid a $10 copay to see the doctor. I was told that the blood work would be 100% covered by the clinic. I have outreached to Terros as they have not paid for the lab services to Sonora Quest. I spoke to a billing representative at Terros and she stated that her supervisor stated that they are not responsible for any payment.

They are offering advertising false services and not taking responsibility for their false advertising. I am now stuck with a bill over $1,000.
