[redacted] ***, Thank you for helping us with the renovation project in our basement We truly appreciate your time However, there are still some deficiencies and items that need to be addressed For instance, after requesting you to redo the shower tiles, grouting and sealing it, we are still not satisfied with the final result There are chipped tiles (especially in the corners), misaligned tiles and a few tiles in particular jut out a few inches from the rest and are not flush We would like to address and correct this issue with your assistanceIf this particular tiling job is out if your scope, we would appreciate a refund for the tiling work as well as the cost of suppliesWe would also like the details of your warranty policy We have
