Failure to provide service and failure to provide refund.[redacted] of Terra Nova was contracted on 4 January 2015 to replace windows and doors. He was paid up front for materials to purchase custom windows and doors. We were told that he had possession of the windows at the end of February but he failed to schedule the work. In May he eventually admitted that he could not do the work and offered to refund our money (approximately $6,000). We believe that he has disconnected his phone and left North Carolina. The property address for this business is for sale with the special condition of bankruptcy. [redacted] is not answering his phone nor is he answering email.Desired SettlementIdeally we would like a refund as promised in writing by [redacted]. Failing that, we would like to know how to contact [redacted] so that we can pursue legal action.

Contractor owes me $1,000 as result of Supervisor's error. Contractor agreed to refund me"But never has in spite of emails and texts to him.Supervisor's error at completion of job resulted in my paying $3,000 rather than the $2,000 that was due. That error was discussed among the three of us, contractor,supreviser and myself, the customer.
