Review: I paid $1800 worth of dental work in which I have not received all dental procedures, I have contacted the receptionist to follow up with my remaining dental work and continue to get the run around plus I was recharged for procedures that were already included into my first contract, I advised the billing department that I refused to pay additional monies for dental work that I have already paid. I would rather like to receive a refund as though I have been seen by three different dentists and they do not know what is going on and want to charge me extra each time I have an appointment.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want a refund and go to another dental office and get the needed work.

I am writing to dispute the complaint on my business. The patient mentioned is not a patient of this office. I called the

patient to see if she goes by another name or even to see if she is a patient of this office and she said no. She is a patient

of our other office in Eastlake. Unfortuantely we don't handle any of their complaints.

I am requesting that the complaint be removed from our office. I would appreciate a response from you in writing. Thank you

Over looking at records we do see treatment has been finished and we have notes to prove that dental treatment has been finished. Also We would love to see patient back in to answer all of her questions and concerns regarding her account and treatment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The statement provided by [redacted], office manager is incorrect because my dental work is NOT complete. An examination of my mouth/teeth will prove that they are incorrect, I have yet to get a crown and impression for a crown from my initial contract (back upper right molar) All my cavities still exist plus additional work that was agreed upon for the $1800 contract executed in April 2013. I would like to receive a complete copy of my dental file and be evaluated by a professional dentist to advise the case. Going back to be examined by Premier Dental Care of Eastlake will result in another double billing situation just as it did in October 2013. In which case I did not get a response back for that and also I continue to get the run around and promised return calls in reference to me contract for which dental work is incomplete. This is why I request to get a refund because I do not have time to deal with unprofessional practices.
