Terminex fumigated the house in Keaau and damaged the gutters in or more placesNow no water can not be collected for household use
I had paid the annual Terminex protection plan fee for years to Terminex following the first fumigation of the house in KeaauAt that time there was never ANY damage to the roof nor guttersOn or about July 25, 2016, Terminex re-fumigated that same vacation house and two weeks later we were told by our handyman that the gutters were cracked open in at least three different areas and in addition, the front and back gutters in the center of the house were smashed completely flatI was never notified by Terminex that this extensive damage had occurred and after about a dozen calls to reach their local manager, the regional manager, and then their executive escalation department at headquarters, I finally was told that their claims manager had simply said that gutter damages were not covered under their warrantyAs he was located on another Hawaiia

November 10, 2017, I texted representative, Jose "Hi Jose, I was under the impression that we were to be having quarterly spraying for the cockroaches it's been since May we had service?" I did not receive a response
March 13, 2018, I texted representative to schedule a new service for an entire different property Representative, Jose replied "I got this will call you in about half hrTo Finalize this.." next text from Jose "what name do you need me to put it under?" My reply "***"
I have tried multiple times to cancel this service They have assured me it is canceled and I keep receiving calls to schedule my next visit
I originally canceled Terminix services several weeks ago (I believe it was the at the beginning of October) due to problem with delivery of services They did not charge me and I canceled service with them They assured me it was canceled and I would not be billed They then called me (I think it was the next day) trying to get me to continue services I told them no Yesterday 12/3/I received an automated call saying that they were coming out to service my house I spoke with customer service right away and they told me that they would cancel the service I got another call today 12/4/from another person reminding me of the upcoming visit I told that person I had canceled the service How many more times do I have to cancel services with them?

After multiple times in trying to get the Terminx site to come inspect my concerns of squirrels in the walls, it has been months or more later that they have come outMissing multiple visits, arriving at 8PM without proper supplies, not showing o at all and have followed up with Carlos D***, the supervisor the manager Walter nor response no phone calls back and I still have squirrels in my wall
"Zero Stars"...I have been on the phone too many times calling Terminix I initiated contact with Terminix in May This would be my second experience in hiring them Several years ago I utilized their services and had a pleasant experience: Fast forward and here I am mad as *** A salesman came calling the 1st week of June and I explained to him that I needed monthly service for ants, roaches and spiders due to our home being left open by contractors for almost a year after Hurricane Harvey I explained that I am a Stage cancer patient and while I am fighting this pest, I don't have time to be dealing with other pests I employed Terminix to exterminate the interior and exterior for pest control as well as manage the termite baits they installed It was explained that the termite bait would be followed up quarterlyAt that time, I asked to receive monthly pest control and never received it Even after calling and requesting services Honestly, I'm struggling to write this review and don't want the stress of explaining the *** I've been thru in the last few months Employees are there only to make a buck, forget customer satisfaction and loyalty I've been lied to enough Terminix, you'll have better business if you treat your customers right by honoring the services you're supposed to render

October - I am writing to inform you about my Rodent Exclusion Service, with the Terminix Company of Tyler, Texas They have ignored my calls and correspondence the last few months I have called at least four or five times in the last month and I have never received a call back Terminix uses an answering service and they take the message and complaint and tell you someone will call within 24-hours They never called You can not dial them direct because all their offices go directly to an answering serviceI even asked for Kenneth C***'s work number and they were told they were not allowed to give out any numbers I wrote a letter September 24, to the Branch Manager of Tyler, Buck W***, a certified letter to the Regional Manager of Tyler, Kenneth C*** and one to the Corporate Office regarding my problem and no response My exclusion was for a one year contract which they were never able to get rid of what was up in the attic When they sealed the attic they did not do it correctly and had to come back two more time to spray foam in areas that they missed The screens that they cut for the turbines in the roof were done incorrectly and had gaps in there where rodents could squeeze through They had to come out at least two other times to repair those and recut wire to fitEach time they came there was always new employees that were not that experienced and on one occasion the guy they sent had no idea what he was suppose to be doing nor did he even have a ladder to get on the roof He was suppose to check the live traps in the attic and he didn't even know he was suppose to do that and I had to tell him where I thought they were located On August they were suppose to come out and reseal a place that was showing light that one of their own inspectors noticed and they never came On August I texted Mark S***, Tyler Service Manager and he said he would get with his Regional Service Manager, Kenneth C***, and would get back with me He never did On August 27, I texted Mark again and he said his Regional Manager said there was nothing else they could do They left two live bated traps in my attic and one trap on the roof of my house My son-in-law had to get up on a ladder and remove the one off the roof because it had rained and had left a terrible odor They did not complete their job and they let the exclusion contract run out and did not come back to check the area that their inspector said needed to be resealed Their ad says 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back! If they don't stand by their ad, they should not have it written in their contract and on their ads I would NEVER use this company again strictly because they don't want you to be able to communicate with them and they use an answering service to get out of having to talk with you and they DON'T stand behind their word, 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Next time I will go with someone locally that I can talk with when I call their office Any company should have the decency to return your call and try to work with the customer to see what they can do about the problem THEY obviously don't care They just take your money and that is all they care about
My son contacted Terminix to get rid of fleas in our house However, they came to our house two times but have not completed the service
My son and I were being bit in our house and the dermatologist said we had fleas We treated our dogs and sprayed the house using products from *** On 7/13/my son contacted Terminix to get rid of fleas and they said they could send a person on either the 7/14/or 7/15/ On 7/14/a Terminix man came to our house but sprayed regular service, even though he knew we had fleas We asked many questions about his service and he said we would see results in a weekHowever, this did not help the situation
We were still getting bit while sitting in chairs and sleeping in beds My son contacted the company again on 7/17/and the Terminix person said that the man did not follow the correct procedures She sent us the agenda of what to do and what to expect for the next Terminix service call She said she was going to send someone
Door-to-door salesman came and we signed a trial month contract on 5/14/15.Terminix signed us up for a year and has been drawing from our bank acct
On 5/14/15, Terminix salesman Roosevelt P.(XXX-XXX-XXXX) came to our door and we were told that we were signing up for a month trial contract We wrote him a check, thinking it was safer that he would not have access to our credit card infoto keep charging it, and we thought things were set During the months, we had them back a couple times to spray for bees One day a technician showed up and said he was there for the regularly scheduled spraying I explained that we ONLY had the month contract and we weren't having any problems at the moment (no bees) He asked if he could just take a look around anyway, I said, Sure Later that day, I found an invoice in my mailbox Needless to say I was upset The invoice said that the Terminix technician saw a few ladybugs so he put down a few granules and the bill was for $
STILL WAITING FOR REFUND
I contracted for services on 7/14/Their Notice of Cancellation document states that I can cancel this transaction before midnight of 7/17/without penalty or obligationI personally went to their office on 7/16/to sign a cancellationThe document also states that '...any payment made by you....will be returned within business days...' So far I have made phone calls and my husband went to the office and was told the $would be in our account by Tuesday of last weekIt has now been over a month and I still have not received my refund

I did have termini come over for an attic problem, I informed the technician that I did not want any further services, no monthly visitsHowever on 12/4, no advanced notice the tech showed up at my houseI was not home and my gate was locked, he left me a note he would return on 12/It was a Saturday I stayed home all day, he never showed upA few days later I received a bill for services performed on 12/4/in the amount of $I have subsequently spoken with 7, yes people at Terminix, I have explained the situation to all peopleOn 4/2/I received yet another bill for the same amountI do not want to pay for services that were never performed, yet I get NO satisfaction from Terminix when speaking with them

There have been incidents where the employee has come 2-hours early, for an elderly woman, TerminixThey have been paid and failed!!!!!!
Terminix has been well informed that the home owner is elderly and has SPECIFIC instructions to contact me, her caregiver in order to remove the pets from the homeThe specific times on two separate occasions have been p.m-7p.m and the person that came to spray arrived hours early, and sprayed just the outside, just like the previous timeTerminix is being paid for the service in which they are NOT providingThey have been told the home owner has dementia, and MUST have help removing the pets from the homeBy continuing to NOT show up at the time Terminix scheduled, it has cost myself vet bills, and time from work due to their negligenceThis is unacceptableI am very upset with how horrible this company has been handling businessThey certainly do not mind taking payment!
Terrible experience with Terminix! I had a salesman come out to inspect for bedbugsI was told I had them in three roomsThe tech came out four days later and confirmed they were only in the bedroomInitially the tech was great meeting my needs and making me feel hopeful the problem would be resolvedAs time progressed the dates and times of the appointment were changed w/o noticeThey also changed the tech w/o telling meThe tech and I had an agreement he could come to the house w/o me being home and was even comfortable enough to let the dog out of the living room So to my surprise I came home one day to a note on my door stating they were sorry I missed the appt I had to call customer service to reschedule, this was a long wait and very little helpI even spoke to the district manager regarding my concerns, he was very polite but no follow throughAt the last visit they found one bug, I was concerned b/c my three months was almost up and I wanted to have another appointment before the warranty expired(Apparently there is only a three month warranty regardless if the bug situation is fixed or not)I was assured by the tech they would come out despite the date, however he had to wait to schedule until his boss was back from vacationI waited a week, talked to the tech who promised to call back in a couple of days, that never happenedI left a message a few days later and the call was never returned I would not recommend this company! What a joke!
I have been dealing with Terminix for a while now and far as the Pest Control Services they offer it's been okay so farBut the exclusion part well I still do which I would have more in detail about what and exclusion was because I know what and idea of exclusion is based off Terminix information I think they charge way to much money for what is really offered but their customer service rep Justin wasn't to badHe came out and help me understand more of what and exclusion consist of and was very professional about it, so I did appericate thatThey are due to come back again Friday so I hope everything turns out rightBut Justin does try to please his customers as best as he can
