Terminix Pest Control

I called to have my car door unlocked, and I was told that the fee to unlock the door was $55; fine, no problem. I unlocked the door with my own tool kit before they got there, asked the guy what the fee was since I got before, and he said the same $55. I came, I paid the $55, despite the fact that he DIDNT DO A SIGNLE THING. Later I called and asked the receptionist how much it would cost if I said I no longer needed their service, and wanted to cancel after I already called them out; she said there would be NO CHARGE, after finding out that I already paid and waned a refund, she then changed and said it was $55! She lied DIRECTLY TO ME, completely unethical! Please don't give your money to someone who would take advantage of you given the first opportunity. It's just wrong. Follow up: Had an issue with standard employees and when manager was made aware, she reached out and resolved the confusion quickly, professionally and beyond my expectation. Thank You.
