Teresa's Stone

Mr. Rolando R from Teresa's Stone Installed quartz in my kitchen on February and I paid in full within a week of installation. I noticed few weeks later that something was off with one of the table counters and realized that the counter was not leveled by 3/4 of an inch and also the joint is cracking, so I called Mr. R immediately and asked him to come to check it for himself and fix it. He said that he was busy but that he will come to see it and provide a solution. I've been trying to contact Mr. R constantly via phone and text and he doesn't answer my calls anymore and last text I got from him was March 21 and told me he was busy that he will try to stop by the next week. I called few more times after that and again no answer.
