A customer complaint from [redacted]  customers car was towed here it was filthy dirty  4 bald tires past due inspection  all loaner cars where out customer complained car was dirty when returned  I had john bring car back redid his complaints had whole car inside and...

out cleaned for no charge car was looked at by a state farm adjuster and approved customer wants all his money back I told customer repairs are guaranteed as long as he owns the car repairs are done no refund    this customer is looking for some thing free he is a shops worst nightmare.
