this specific eventMr*** must have been marketed to by the dealership solelySince Mr*** attended this event and was under the impression he was to receive the tool kit that was advertised by the dealership, we wanted make good on that. We spoke to him via phone on Friday, December 8th and offered him a $Visa Reward card for the confusion, which was well over the value of the original tool kit at the eventHe seemed very pleased with this solution.
