Review: Ordered and paid for automotive product on 6/**/2013. Teptronics sent out confirmation that the part was ordered and left a tracking site, which never did show the part shipped. I called them numerous times looking for the part after it had not been delivered nor had I heard from them in nearly a month. Always received an answering machine. I left several messages, then wrote two or three emails. No reply from the company for either the email or the phone calls. Tried to reach them today and the phone number was for some yellow page company and the customer service site couldn't be accessed online.Desired Settlement: I'd like the part, and if it's not available then I want my credit card refunded including the shipping charges.

Review: First I'm not sure of the address of this company as I could not find it anywhere on their website. I have a phone number they provide ###-###-####. I ordered 2 items from them back on 2/*/16. I have not received them or have they even provided a tracking number for my purchase. I have emailed and left messages for them to get back to me, but no one has of yet. I asked if I could just be refunding what I paid for and still no answer. I'm getting very frustrated that no one has gotten back to me.
