We are the manufacturer of a telephone system that Brazilian Exotic Granite purchased from one of our dealers in late 2014.  The system has been in service for 2 ½ years.   We were informed of problems the customer experienced with their own wireless network initially, and later due to...

their network bandwidth limitations. Our technical partner provided recommendations to improve their network. The customer elected not to contract with our partner to improve their network as advised.  The customer continued to use the system for more than 2 years, and no further issues were reported to us.   Six months ago, the customer inquired about expanding their phone system to accommodate plans of opening a new facility in the Seattle area. We informed them that their system was more than capable of supporting any future expansion that they were planning. We have had no further communication with them until we received this Revdex.com report.   While our return policy does not include equipment that has been in service for an extended period of time, we would be happy to work with the customer further, if they have specific operational issues that they would like to work with us to resolve.   Best Regards, Steve H[redacted] President   Teo Technologies, Inc.
