Dear Ms [redacted] , I am writing in response to Revdex.com compliant [redacted] Mr [redacted] is out of the office this week, so I am responding to your letter We are sorry that Mr [redacted] has had an inverter failure on his system The inverters which failed were manufactured by AP Systems, Inc., and the warranty which applies to the inverters is attached, along with the Ten K Solar (Ten K) warranty Mr [redacted] purchased his system not from Ten K, but from Cedar Creek Energy, who performed the installation work at the site As you will note in the attached, neither the AP Systems warranty, nor the Ten K warranty, provide coverage for the replacement work – that needs to be done by an authorized installer, which Ten K is not, as we are an equipment manufacturer, as is AP Systems Furthermore, the warranties are clear in that they provide no reimbursement in the event of lost use, profits, production, and revenues The price Ten K charges for a system of the approximate size of Mr [redacted] ’s is about $12, It appears from the compliant that he paid nearly $50,to the reseller, Cedar Creek Energy We have made replacement materials available The material for Mr [redacted] ‘s system is ready and waiting for Cedar Creek Energy to install it Cedar Creek Energy has indicated that they will not perform any after sale service on these systems and has elected to contract with a third party installer to do this replacement work The replacement material for Mr [redacted] is available in our warehouse, today Cedar Creek Energy may pick it up at any time during business hours Otherwise, the installation schedule will depend on Cedar Creek Energy’s third party contractor’s schedule Thank you Steve [redacted] /Director of Field Operations Cell: ###-###-####, s [redacted] @tenksolar.com Office: ###-###-#### Direct: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### [redacted] Minneapolis, MN http://tenKsolar.com/

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have confirmed that Cedar Creek Energy received an email, from TenK, on 5/2/notifying them that the replacement parts are ready for pickup Also, I would like to thank the CEO of TenK for stopping by and discussing the situation with me in person this past weekend
