Teng Yun Ex

Review: Tengyunex acted as an online express company, operating in delivery the goods from US to China and accept orders online in their website. I placed an order to it for sending my bike to China in the end of December 2014. The bike costed USD1,526 and the express fee was USD252. Through nearly four months waiting, there is no further information and I have still not received the bike. When I contact Tengyunex through instant message, they just confirmed my bike was lost in the delivery. And they just did not return my express fee and did not afford any compensation for my bike. The conclusion they made is absolutely unacceptable. And I found they might cheat me because they cannot even provide the identification number of the package when I asked. They should have had the identification number if my bike is delivered to the Chinese customs. So it is possible that they did not send my bike and just sold it in US or something like that. Now I refused their return shipment fee and request a full compensation for my bike. I have the payment vouch in paypal about my bike. The address of Tengyunex is real but I doubt they did not have the legal license for operation. They are liars. Such a big item as a bike cannot be lost in delivery. I have a lot of friends who also used this forwarder. They have suffered the same problems. I am reporting this to you of this dishonest and cheating behaviors, hoping you can investigate this illegal forwarder and prevent them from further cheatingDesired Settlement: I want them either deliver my bike in time or afford me the USD1,526 for the loss of bike as well as USD252 of shipment cost.
