Two men pulled into my driveway one day in the dead of winter, right before we were expecting an ice storm. One of them told me his manager needed them to get rid of whatever they had before the storm so I would get a good deal. The meat was frozen solid and they did offer what I thought was a good price, so I paid over $500 for a freezer full of "meat", being told it was "grass fed" from local Tennessee farmers. I was also told that our local meat market here in Dayton buys their meat from this company as well as many of my neighbors. Once. thawed, though, the steaks took on a grayish hue and didn't smell all that great. At first, I chalked it up to a bad piece, but then it turned out all the meat was this way. I had pork, chicken, and beef and it all looked to be formed, unnatural pieces injected with chemicals to make it look and taste better. We wound up tossing most of it and will never buy from them again.
