Have letter from TT Marketing request *** Property Mnmgnt validate account *** could not validate debt. TT Marketing refuses to remove acct.
I attempted to negotiate a debt settlement with TT marketing. TT Marketing responded in the appropriate time frame with information they had in their file for me. While reading the information I discovered that TT marketing sent a debt validation letter to *** Property Management in 2016.

*** Property Management responded that the account could not be validated because they could not locate any documents showing an itemization of what my deposit was used for.

TT Marketing removed the account from my husbands credit file when I disputed the information in 2016 however, they refuse to remove the information from my credit file claiming that I owe that debt plus collection fees.

I have tried disputing the information with the credit agencies with no luck simply because they have a copy of my lease with my signature.

I do not know what this company is. I did not sign any documents for this company to pull my credit.
I been looking at my credit and I saw this company on my credit report. I did not authorize this company to pull my credit I did not sign any documents.
