beyond for this potential client going into the salon on a day I was not booked in for to accommodate her out of town needs. [redacted] What this client lacks to see is that when she does this The extentionist that are running proper business within salons we endure costs related to her no shows. [redacted] This is why I have implemented the 50.00 no-show fee policy to protect my business it is just like if you were to miss a dentist appointment to or doctors appointment they also charge regardless if you have insurance or not.[redacted]
[redacted] The client at the time the no show fee was requested agreed to pay upon the first request and in fact requested my email address to etransfer the amount. When a few days had past and it still had not been sent I kindly and very professional gave her a few reminders. [redacted] The client then sent the 50.00 but without the password [redacted] I will not be issuing a refund for this client as it clearly states on my website which she has as its stated above and was located on my [redacted] page as well.[redacted]
