This business is also known as: Zone, NRE / ZOne at the East End. I am being the first to leave a review on Revdex.com because I want to warn other tenant and/or potential tenants. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!! I have lived there for over 3 years and the management has changed 4 times and the lease office staff seems to also changed on a daily basis because every-time I go to the office it is either new staff or new management. Building was actually built in 2011, not 2016 has they falsely claimed. Building and Units have MOLE in them and I got ill from it and Management never properly fixed the issue; nor gave any type of monetary compensation for my medical bills, etc., and Managment, purposely turn off utilities like, heat and hot water. They constant harassed me and damaged and Management does not care for any of their tenants. Because my other housemates also got ill and Managment ignored their medical notes from their doctors and repair requests. Management Only care about Money. I loss m income and had to file bankruptcy; Management responded my unjustifiably force me and my personal belongings out on the street while seeking medical care. SO, I feel it is my duty to warn other people to NOT LIve Here. It may be cheap. The Ballpark SOuth have had multiple violations with Code compliance and will cost you More and is NOT Worth jeopardizing your health, because your medical bills will surely Trump it , and you don't really save, in this case, in the end.
