Review: Twice the administration at this office stated that I had full insurance coverage for my visits. I always ask dentists and doctors to prequalify me so that I KNOW how much I will be out of pocket. The first time, this office apologized and reduced my bill The second time was too much! I was told by my hygienist (perhaps in collusion with the office's Justin Evans DDS), that I was covered. I paid a co pay and was subsequently sent a bill for $160.80 - months later.I have been lied to twice by these people who clearly don't bother doing their due diligence. I have brought them thousands in business but never paid a courtesy of the TRUTH. I believe they lure you in with false information, then, you are held hostage by your credit if you dispute the bill or late pay. Justin Evans has seen a big decline in his clientele and my own hygienist, his employee Krystal Deal has confided that she wants to quit the place - she has already moved her clients (and herself) to another dentist she "likes". Impersonal, shifty, and dodging my concerns, Evans is a pro example of a dental care practitioner, and I will contact the ADA and my insurance company to have him removed from the networks.Desired Settlement: I was told there would be no bill. That is an agreement for services. I pay for insurance - but end up paying him close to face value. I want my $160.80 returned - paid November 2, 2013and want Evans' practice put on notice and exposed.
