While attending a year old Birthday party in the designated party area, the dj asked all party participants to report to the party area to eatThe children waited exactly minutes before an employee came to the table with their foodThe young lady placed the pizzas on an empty table and walked awayUpon approaching the manager, with several other parents that had similar problems with their party; we all received excuses and sarcastic commentsPrayerfully the Temple Hills Skating palace will be closed by the end of the week Manager was very unprofessional, rude and care free; if it were my party I would've charged the fees and disputed it with my credit card companyI will never attend another party there

While attending a 4 year old Birthday party in the designated party area, the dj asked all party participants to report to the party area to eat. The children waited exactly 55 minutes before an employee came to the table with their food. The young lady placed the pizzas on an empty table and walked away. Upon approaching the manager, with several other parents that had similar problems with their party; we all received excuses and sarcastic comments. Prayerfully the Temple Hills Skating palace will be closed by the end of the week. Manager was very unprofessional, rude and care free; if it were my party I would've charged the fees and disputed it with my credit card company. I will never attend another party there.

Review: I am writing to complain about the poor service that was rendered to me at Temple Hills Skate Palace on Saturday, November 2, 2013. My receipt number is 20136, and the person who handled my order was named **. [redacted].I initially called the week of October 28, 2013, to book my group reservation ([redacted]). I placed my order with [redacted]. I called back on October 31, 2013 to confirm my order and spoke with [redacted] could not find my reservation. I explained that I made my reservation with [redacted], days prior. [redacted] stated (in a tone that sounded annoyed with the fact that I wanted the issue fixed), you dont have to do all that; I will just take the order again. I asked [redacted] to speak with a supervisor or a manager. [redacted] the phone down and put me on hold. **. [redacted] answered the phone, and stated her position. I explained the situation and stated that [redacted] was very rude and unprofessional. I also asked if the service provided will be the same on Saturday. **. [redacted] promised that it would not be. **. [redacted] explained the different packages and encouraged me to pay for a birthday party package in order to get a table.When I arrived on Saturday at noon (the party start time). I spoke with **. [redacted], who explained that there was some mix-up with my reservation and nothing was set-up. **. [redacted] also stated I do not have a host; she apologized and stated she will do her best. I followed **. [redacted] to the table and I began to set-up my table. I went to the counter and retrieved the plates, cups and napkins. I then placed another order for food, so all the food can arrive at the same time. I proceeded to the counter again to retrieve the pitchers of drinks. The food did not arrive at the same time. I had to feed the children in turn. I did not receive my group tickets and tokens until 2:00pm and the party bags until 2:50pm. They NEVER received the free tickets for each child for the next visit.Desired Settlement: I spoke with the General Manager [redacted] and was scheduled for a meeting with him on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 4:30pm. He was not there. He asked his employee to give free admission for another date. I would like a full refund to my credit card.
