The fact is that we only received two checks back on 12/22/2017, and they both were applied 12/22/17. The third check was received 1/8/18, for $(dated 12/29/17) at which point the vehicle was already assigned for repossession, so I left a voicemail for Austin (on the phone number he called
us from many times) stating "we received this check, but the vehicle was assigned for repo. There is a $fee to cancel. The loan is past due $328, plus the $and we got this check for $164. I'm not applying until I hear back from you. Even if I would, the loan would still be past due as the due date is the 6th and today is the 8th. Please return call immediately."The credit union is willing to tender the check received on 1/8/for deposit and credit it to the loan, but cannot otherwise clear up credit for defaulted loanAs stated by Austin, this last check was for his December car payment so there would definitely be a late fee when applying it on 1/Also, as I was clear on my message, the loan was past due another payment (1/6), and a $fee to cancel the repossession is requiredWe collect the fee from the member, and then our agent bills us the invoice at the time we cancel

discussion with the parties involved, we came to what we feel is an amicable

Very good experience. The technician that service my air conditioner was very helpful and very polite he really knows what he's doing he answer all my questions in a very polite manner. Thank you for all your help with my air conditioner.
