PLEASE disregard my complaint the other day (Jan 5th, 2017)I finally have my phone working, and want to thank Tello and their wonderful, very kind, and caring reps to help meThey investigated as to why it kept saying my phone # wasn't released after days, and ends up it was because of Virgin Mobile not unlocking my phone that I purchased from them years ago, but haven't had service with them for over a yearFor only $a month, I can finally use my $smart phone again, and get min.,texts, and MB :-) Thank you again to everyone at Tello, to help me get my phone working again, and may GOD bless you always :-)
